Student loans resume aug 1st. By September inflation will be crushed, we might also be in a recession though.

I'm not that familiar with governmental law, but i don't believe he can EA something that directly contradicts a bill from congress he has signed.

Why not? He signed an EA for rent moratoriums that went directly against the SCOTUS's ruling.
