It’s strange that Russia continues to take all of these losses as reported by Ukrainian officials and yet, still made it to Kyiv.

I wonder if Russia has air superiority yet? If not, THAT would be interesting, and begs the question of what exactly is Russia waiting on?

The thing I find odd is that they didn't spend a week taking out targets with air strikes and getting air supremacy before starting the ground attack.
Is Russia's air force that weak or just poor tactics?
Part of the reason we advanced so quickly in Iraq was all the prep done before the tanks ever moved.

I guess the answer to the question if Russian ground troops have nighttime capabilities is YES they do.

Agreed. Can only go by what is being reported. The one thing I have noticed is that we have heard damn near nothing from the Russian side. You would think that they would deny any false reports by providing their own.

their air assets are so poor they can’t prepare the battlefield properly in order to get air superiority. They can’t do what we do re: targeted strikes
So yeah it’s that weak
