Don’t you think it’s strange that we are barely hearing anything at all about Russia’s advances? All the updates are pro Ukraine stuff with no mention of losses. This is a one sided reporting affair. They destroyed pretty much every base (over 90). Russia Defense Dept puts out specifics on their advances. It’s just a matter of time. They are moving through methodically
I saw the write ups earlier, but that information is not getting out. They are really dumbing it down for people

They've got to be holding the airspace. I dont think they could get anywhere near the capitol without it. Ukraine probably didn't have a whole hell of a lot of in the way of anti Air power and those scattered random bombings the first night probably was them trashing what was there.
I feel like Russia is likely holding the exact timeline they want, and the news coming out is Ukraine trying to convince the world they are holding their own to get support.
Its really inconceivable that anything else is happening IMO.

Been going on for a while. Been listening for quite a bit on different feeds around the city. Lots of small arms and cannon. But I haven’t heard any air. Weird.

Not good. This may explain why
@PentagonPresSec
was equivocating about more lethal/non-lethal aid to Ukraine in its hour of need.
I again ask: has a legal determination been made not to supply this aid? (As Russia closes in on Kyiv).

As the former Senior Director for Intelligence Programs at the NSC, I can definitively say there is no legal barrier to providing lethal aid to the Ukrainian Resistance effort.
