Not surprised Mueller won't even answer a simple question on legal standards regarding exoneration. If he did, he'd either perjur himself or make his statement look like it was intended to mislead the public.
Good for Turner for bashing him with it. He did a great job of showing how his statement about "does not exonerate" have tainted the narrative of the findings of the report.

After today it’s 100% clear that Mueller and his team was:
1) Incompetent, or
2) Partisan, or
3) Both

he should be asked who inserted the word "exonerate" in the report and if he approves of its use? He will claim not to know, but should be asked anyway.

Should be asked, in all the cases that he acted as a prosecutor, who/when did he state the subject of his prosecution was exonerated?
Can he state to any prosecutor that stated the subject was exonerated or wasn’t exonerated after not being charged?
