When one political party pushes through hundreds of bills advancing their agenda and the other political party passes five it doesn't take a political scholar to know which side is gonna ultimately prevail, regardless of how much we may all love the concept of limited government.

I suspect Congress is happy to have Trump announce EO's. I think you'll see a flurry of action as we get closer to mid terms and the end of Trump's term.
