i will say that 3nOut Jr. is a sophomore at Baylor and has gotten 3 straight email pieces from a democrat group that "encourages student voting" that has noticed he hasn't voted and offered to send him a mail in ballot. They noted that he's never voted before and were keeping tallies of his lack of voting record.
he turned 18 1/25 and has not had a general to vote in since then.
