They do nothing of value. I always have to end up rewriting their code anyway, IF they actually give me code. Most of the time I get stall tactics and delay excuses. Kick the can down the road and pass the buck until someone else steps up to get it done because otherwise the deadlines wont be met

And there is never accountability because if these incompetent Indians get fired then the green card manager loses their kickback money so they will make excuses for the incompetent Indians and stack rank them above the actual competent employees

100% this guy codes

They are awful

Yeah thats why you can go on LinkedIn right now and see the conga line of job postings saying "NO US CITIZENS" or "H1B ONLY"

Is this true? I’m not in the Linkedin space and am not looking for a job, so I have no way to know this.

And in fact, I’ve never even heard of an employer explicitly saying “No U.S. Citizens”. Can anyone confirm this or show examples? This would be a big story if true.

This Thread is a downer! Sheesh. I thought winning all the Spelling B Competitions was indicative of intellect. Oof!

There are over a billion Indians. Their elites are really smart, and that was mostly who we were getting.

But most of the country is 3rd world retards. We are getting them now.

When an Indian baby is born the first words he's taught is not Momma and Daddie. It's 'I tell you what I will do...'

Very true, people always post these listings on X and tag Harmeet Dhillon and others in them and she will reply with the eyeball emoji but never does anything about it

Andrew Branca is a great attorney, also specializes in self defense law.

Hes written a couple good books on it.

I am seeing a growing number that say they only want US Citizens and will not sponsor.

That is a good sign, imho.

The current company I work for does this technically - for full time roles it has to be US Citizen and no sponsorship. The last 2 roles I hired for I got over 600+ applicants for the jobs and all but about 20 applicants were Indians looking for sponsorship.

However, they sure as hell fill some non-full time, contract roles using HCL Technologies (notorious corrupt IT consultancy). They occupy an entire wing of the 3rd floor where I work and I swear do nothing but go outside to smoke in the parking garage. THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT THERE

And we offshore our entire IT department to India. Took me 6 damn weeks to get Python installed on my machine when I started. That's how incompetent they are.

Another video.

What's funny is these resumes almost all follow the same template.

Undergrad in India -> Some job in India for exactly 1 year -> Masters degree in the US -> Exactly 1 year of experience at a US job

And they will claim 8+ years of experience anyway

I never wasted my time interviewing them, but part of me wanted to just to frick with them and poke holes in their resumes for the fun of it

Ever dealt with call center jeets? They are NOT intelligent people. Like, not at all. And they are completely bereft of patience and temperament.

That clip needs to be retweeted to Trump/Vance/etc etc etc by every American on Twitter until they get the hint that something needs to be done about this anti American garbage. Send them all back.
