That's a common rhetoric in here and for anyone who supports the 1A or similar natural rights

The world view you're responding to is the protection of free speech.
What is fricked up about that, exactly?

Now is actual writings are a different story and much more singularly focused. But they're also much less liberal and much more right wing, which is why they aren't focused on as much.

What does that have to do with the 1st Amendment?

I've never met an educated person that wasn't a supporter of the 1st Amendment. Most near absolutists. Am I reading your comment correctly, you're good with government controlling speech beyond "not yelling fire in a crowded theater" sort of thing?

Yes.

Seems these days suspects or either "Probably White" or they're White Males with She/Her pronouns.

Well, be plainspoken about it.
Do you support a near absolute right to speech? Again, pretty much everything goes with the exception of speech that results in immediate and substantial risk - like screaming "fire" in a crowded theater.

You have thousands of posts defending every left wing talking point and policy and thousands attacking everything on the right for years that all of us have seen. I know you’re dishonest but these types of melts show just how delusional you truly are.

His go to is the appeal to authority fallacy. Almost every time when he gets back ionto corners because of his failed logic.
He can wave his hand and attempt to gaslight but his body of work, and its a LARGE body of work, agrees completely with your statement.

Well that’s his schtick right, argue relentlessly on behalf of something he then says he’s not really supporting. It’s self justification

You may have missed it but my first post specifically went as far as to say I think all "dangerous ideas" should be permitted to be spread in the country.

Are we talking civil too, or just criminal?
In terms of criminal, damn near. The nucleus of operative facts for a "fire in a theatre" scenario to become criminal to me is extremely rare. Now where we get into issues will be fraud, but fraud-based crimes must include other variables, too.

I don't.
Criticizing Trump and MAGA isn't a left wing talking point, either.
Are you going to list a personal leftist policy position that I hold, or not? Citations would be nice as well.
