Your mistake is comparing a snake to a hydra. Which in this case it's the latter. More Kirk's will rise from this. The right is emboldened more than ever.

Was he unique? Special? Absolutely. Does the right have more special and unique young people currently than the left. Absolutely.

Tl;Dr: You have a short sighted and ignorant take.

Found out today that my 22 year old was a huge Charlie fan who is now disgusted with the left. She isn't very political, but she was pissed that they killed the one guy trying to reach and inform her generation.

Bad take in my opinion. Not only did they make Charlie’s voice louder, they created more Charlies. You forget that we have the internet and Charlie has spoken ad nauseam about every possible topic. People have his voice at their fingertips and after this, MORE people will hear him.

Not sure why OP is getting downvoted, he is right. The replacement wont be as good.

Same as if they had actually killed trump.

Who replaced Rush? Nobody.

Who did Trump replace? Nobody.

Who did Charlie replace? Nobody.

Charlie does not need to be replaced with another "Charlie"!

Whoever will come along and be whoever. And they will not need to be replaced either. Leaders come and go and they are NEVER replaced. Yet their movement, such as Christianity marches forward.

If I were the left, and 100-300k showed up at this guys funeral- I would be rethinking if that was actually a victory.

Bombing Pearl Harbor seemed like a good idea at first….

You’re wrong on this one! Your analogy and comparison to retailer situations do not apply to this type of movement.

This is going to BREED a new generation of fearless leaders, you can book it!
