First: Marriage equality. I am against a ban on same-sex marriage because I support the 14th Amendment, namely the equal protection and due process rights mentioned in it. Denying a party of two the opportunity to sign a marriage licence because of their sexes is unconstitutional, and it is an act of a big government, and I do not like big government telling us who can and can't sign pieces of paper because we have pussies or cocks (or as it used to be in Texas, the wrong blood type). I understand and appreciate the traditionalist conservative stance on this issue, but as a small government conservative, I do not appreciate the attempt to have our government conform to our or anyone else's religious beliefs. Jesus didn't petition Caesar that way, and neither should we. This is an example of the intellectual diversity of the right. A person supporting a same-sex marriage ban on traditional religious grounds and I are both accurately described as conservative, but we have different stances on this issue.
Second: the issue of Abortion rights. I hate abortion for the same reasons virtually all Christians hate abortion. But, there is no way that a human government can enforce a hypothetical abortion ban without violating the Liberty of all women, including those innocent of the hypothetical crime of abortion. If there is justice to be brought to those responsible for abortion, that justice will be brought down by something above the United States Government--let's go crazy and call it "God"--and we simply will have to live our terrestrial lives with that fact.
In summary, speaking only in legal and Constitutional terms, I am pro-marriage equality and pro-choice not despite the fact that I am otherwise conservative, but rather because I am a conservative voter who prefers small government.
Issues where I pretty much align with those on this board: guns, Obamacare, welfare, unemployment benefits, federal income tax. That's why you don't see me jumping in many of those threads. I don't really have anything to offer that isn't there already, and I'm not interested in jerk-off fests online.

You deserve my upvote for stating your opinion and supporting it.
I don't entirely agree with your analysis that your opinions have a solid basis in a "small govt" philosophy, because "small govt advocates" understand that there are some areas where government is required to act by the Constitution and in these areas govt may act comprehensively while still being faithful to the "small govt" philosophy.

It was Trump's. We aren't talking about Hillary. Nobody who has been a birther or a pizzagater has any right whatsoever to be offended at pissgate. Furthermore, if you voted for Trump, you don't get to be offended at anything anybody says, ever.
