There have been BLM protests and riots all over the country the last 2-3 weeks, and there were some of those same people buying tickets. A lot of people are going to be apprehensive about going to a Trump rally right now.

with close to a million requests for tickets, I would not net surprised if some were Dimms who never intended to show up. Add in the virus and the threat of violence.

I'm guessing the lack of crowd is due to all the precautions for people to get in. They're checking temperatures for 19k people, plus the regular DHS security requirements. That takes awhile.
