Not explicitly, but it became very clear to me once I became interested in politics that they were.

My father and his father are very much country club Republicans (though my father has since registered as a Libertarian). Staunch anti-government, in terms of taxes and regulations, but they didn't give a frick what people did in their private lives.

My mother was never very poltically vocal but from what I have been able to gather from her, she is the same. I'm not sure if she is just agreeing with me because she wants me to shut up or if she genuinely thinks so.
