Well I actually know one person but he locked himself into his room .. his wife would leave food at the door.
After about a week she finally called the ambulance. When they got to him his oxygen saturation was nearly 50. That’s 5 0.
He was admitted and eventually put on a vent. He got off of the vent and had a feeding tube put in .. died a few days after he got off the vent.
He wasn’t older than 55 and as far as I know he was in decent health — not heavy at all. I blame his wife for not hauling his arse to the doctor. (Side note — she and the kids are living super large)
People still die of the regular flu that isnt treated properly.
