Few people know, but the Georgia state senate passed a resolution by a vote of 43-1 in 2009 declaring any future unconstitutional laws or actions by the federal legislative or executive branch to be a violation of the compact of states, thereby rendering those compacts null and void and requiring a convention of states to return to the union. Interesting argument.

GA SR 632

they are just making GA's election services from this last cycle federal law. GA will not give 2 fricks about this law.

BTW I can't wait to see when we have a 100% democrat government this next cycle because they cheat in every race.

So Georgia has per this law declared its right to secede from the Union on premise of breach of contract.
I’ll buy that.

No, what they declared is that the breach of contract already nullifies the states’ compact with the union which requires a convention to rejoin the union. Brilliant.

frick Georgia! Honestly, every Georgian that knew what would happen and stayed at home should be treated as if they have leprosy. Same with retards like Lin Wood, Sidney Powell, and BiteMe2020. Knowingly surrendered this country. frick these people.

The steal would have happened again (it did) no matter how many showed up in GA and voted red.

Regardless, GA was one of four states who violated their own election laws set by the legislature. Those four states’ results are completely invalid on constitutional grounds alone, fraud or no fraud.
