Why the frick is the mayor apologizing to the protesters? Why not the woman and her little kid?

Why are the locals allowing this. Put the mayor on the street.

Stand up people. It is your country. Your town. Do something to remove these people from office.

When I read the headline, I thought it would be Fredericksburg TX. Damn, it's Virginia and it's really close to my home county.

I knew D.C. metro was going bat sh*t crazy, but Fredericksburg?

The stench that is DC has brought so many n'er do well gub (sic) workers in, not to do work, but to fill well padded seats, now moved out into the surroundings, like a sewage tsunami.

This is what you vote for when you vote for Joe Biden. This call should be plastered on a Trump ad with pictures of Antifa and BLM rioters.

No only Trump ads, every Republican congressional ad and every Republican senator’s ad, too.

I'm so pissed. I wrote that idiot mayor an email. I know it wont do any good but it made me feel better.
To sum it up, I told her that I don't live there and pray that I never do under her or any other Democrat leadership. I was outraged by the young lady's 911 call. I reminded her that it was her duty to ensure the well being of her constituency which includes their safety. Her constituency is the good and decent people trying to go about their daily lives. They are the tax payers in her city.
I reminder her it was not her duty to enable a violent and angry mob. I also reminded her that this mob is not finished but will only continue to push the envelope further with each "peaceful" demonstration they stage. I advised her to let the police do their job.

If it’s sanctioned meaning they should of gotten a permit by law which oils of put police on scene and blocked off streets.

Well if it's like any of these other protests, the mob moved from the blocked off streets into the regular traffic ways.

This is why the by-elections are going heavily against the dems. There's a wave coming and the mediots of the MSM, Google, Twitter and Facebook can't stop it no matter how hard they beat their drums.

I would have taken the dispatcher’s sorry arse advice and “continued driving.” That’s what they told me to do? Whoops.

Listening to the call made me pissed. Also the fact that I never heard about it until Tucker.

Anyone you love should be carrying a weapon at all times. There is no way this shite should be allowed. There is a right to PEACEFULLY assemble in protest. This is not in anyway peaceful.

For Texans - Texas Penal Code 9.42:
quote:

A person is justified in using deadly force against another to protect land or tangible, movable property:

(1) if he would be justified in using force against the other under Section 9.41 ; ?and

(2) when and to the degree he reasonably believes the deadly force is immediately necessary:

(A) to prevent the other's imminent commission of arson, burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, theft during the nighttime, or criminal mischief during the nighttime; ?or

(B) to prevent the other who is fleeing immediately after committing burglary, robbery, aggravated robbery, or theft during the nighttime from escaping with the property; ?and

(3) he reasonably believes that:

(A) the land or property cannot be protected or recovered by any other means; ?or

(B) the use of force other than deadly force to protect or recover the land or property would expose the actor or another to a substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury.

and Penal Code 9.41

quote:

SUBCHAPTER D. PROTECTION OF PROPERTY

Sec. 9.41. PROTECTION OF ONE'S OWN PROPERTY. (a) A person in lawful possession of land or tangible, movable property is justified in using force against another when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to prevent or terminate the other's trespass on the land or unlawful interference with the property.

(b) A person unlawfully dispossessed of land or tangible, movable property by another is justified in using force against the other when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to reenter the land or recover the property if the actor uses the force immediately or in fresh pursuit after the dispossession and:

(1) the actor reasonably believes the other had no claim of right when he dispossessed the actor; or

(2) the other accomplished the dispossession by using force, threat, or fraud against the actor.

Acts 1973, 63rd Leg., p. 883, ch. 399, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1974. Amended by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 900, Sec. 1.01, eff. Sept. 1, 1994.

Know the statutes for your state. Know how "reasonable" is legally defined. We do not have to be harassed, harmed physically or mentally by these thugs. We cannot be vigilantes, but we can protect ourselves and our property.

If law enforcement will not or more accurately are not allowed to do their jobs, we need to be prepared to do it for them.

My advice to the woman is that, next time, use the vehicle to defend yourself and the baby. In other words STEP ON IT.
