Thought you were referring to Benghazi. Either way, 9/11 happened under Bush and Illegal Immigrants were committing crime long before Obama. Crime has happened under every president and it will happen under Trump. Terrorism, whether foreign or domestic, has been happening for a long time and, though I hope it doesn't, will probably happen under Trump also.

Of course crime happens under every president. However, Obama either ignored or subverted laws that were in place to protect American citizens in many cases. That is an entirely different thing.
