There could be video of Garcia saying "I'm an MS-13 gang member" and leftists would still deny it. They would claim: "How do we know this isn't a YouTube prank video, or a Halloween costume? Maybe he was auditioning for a movie. Actors entire job is pretending to be someone else. Besides, no real MS-13 gang member would ever just say it like that. Have you ever seen a gang member say 'I'm in this gang.' It's all very suspicious to me."

Here in lies the problem with most of y’all’s approaches to this. You accept any shred of talk or info that will help your argument as true. You are doing exactly what you bitch about the left doing when it comes to twisting “facts” or buying anything as long as it supports your argument.
Guy may very well be a gang member, as I have said, but this in no way is legitimate evidence confirming it
Garcia denied every citizen of the US due process in so much as he didn't follow the process, outlined by Congress, of entering the USA.
Fed judges should be falling all over themselves for +340 citizens being robbed of their due process.
