This irrationality is like the people who melt when the Supreme Court makes a ruling that the rights of a terrible person who clearly committed terrible crimes were violated.
“Look at me! I’m a “lawyer!” I am sooo important and so much smarter than you! You just don’t understand the legal process, and the legal process takes precedent above everything because we need our time to grandstand and beat our chest and prove our importance through a seemingly endless display of pretentiousness.”

I'm saying it's theoretically possible that they are having their rights violated and evaluating that claim makes no evaluation of the underlying nature of the purported criminal.
They can be the literal worst people in the world and that's irrelevant to a discussion over if their rights were violated or if the statutory authority used to impact their lives was wielded properly and legally.
read the link, coach. while almost anything is theoretically possible...in this case, I think we know how things happened.
Crimes that can prohibit a person from entering the USA.
we can both agree that we do not know for sure exactly which one of the people on that plane committed which crimes. Homan has been very open about starting to deport hardened criminals. This tells me that at least the vast majority of the poeple on that plane were criminals.
what does all of this dribble mean....these people should never have been in this country. It also means, you are an arse clown. One that will never admit being wring.

So strong arm terrorizing apartment complexes doesn't fall under this category?
Do you think that we can label any criminal organization a "terrorist group"? Same logic applies

I would think people would just say, "thank you Mr. President for removing such a bad element from our society" and just move along.
Not at the cost of our rights and Constitutional violations.

This is literally a discussion about the legal process

You are for giving up your rights to foreign invaders. If they can't be expelled by the President then YOUR right to be safe and secure are null and void.
Let me ask you a hypothetical question. Suppose you and your family go on vacation and come back to find a gang from Venezuela has taken over your home. You call the police and they tell you there's nothing they can do about it. So you go to court to get a TRO because you want them out of your house. And the judge just looks at you and asks you, "why do you think your right to the house is greater than theirs?" What would your response to the judge be?

No.

Nobody is arguing this. Major strawman alert.

Why didn't you answer this?

This judge absolutely is!! Otherwise he wouldn't have instructed the plane to be turned around.

It actually happens in real life. Squatters have the same rights to a home as the owner. Happened in Atlanta, I do believe.

No. He's arguing the specific way they were removed (specifically the lack of due process) was improper. He's not arguing that if normal immigration-deportation procedures were used, they couldn't be deported.

Squatters and this situation are as related as apples and a 1967 Chevy Camaro

Do you think the people being terrorized in the apartment complex in CO feel that way? Do you not think their rights as free American citizens were infringed upon by foreign invaders?

You’re a bad guy that only cares about the Constitution when it comes to anti-Trump anything.

Again, that's a different situation than a squatter. You're all over the place using a moving target of randomness.

Marc Elias is the sack of shite you are thinking of. He is literally paid by the democrat party to frick things up and undermine elections as much as possible.
