The election fraud ruling in Virginia should be good news for Trump.

Since the dims put in language calling out Trump for spreading lies about election fraud, now he has even more proof of it.

The ruling in Virginia had nothing to do with fraud. The Court enjoined the State from following the new rule in the last election and no late ballots were counted.

The case is a model for how to challenge election rules. File suit before the election and seek an injunction. Don't wait until your guy loses and then complain the procedures were illegal.

What is this ruling about? I’m too lazy to look it up and haven’t watched any news today.

Dillon Day is possibly the biggest piece of shite to wear an SEC uniform. It says a lot about your character that you’d choose to name yourself after that punk. He was an embarrassment to your school. So are you.

Assuming you are talking about PILF vs VA Board of electors he is absolutely correct. The case was a pre-election lawsuit asking the a new rule not be enforced, it had absolutely zero to do with any election fraud.

The judge ruled the Board of Elections rule that allowed late ballots without a postmark or an illegible postmark to be counted when received up to three days after the election was illegal. The original ruling was prior to the election and those votes were not counted. Much like in the Boockvar case in PA where Alito had votes segregated.

Again this case was not about fraud but about whether a new election rule was legal or not.

No matter how long it would take —— The republic should demand a full audit of ALL votes to ensure election integrity so that EVERYONE can be satisfied with the final result.

Then again, massive amounts of ballots are “unauditable” for various reasons. But hey, keep telling yourselves this was a fair election. Haha.

America was proven to be as corrupt as Venezuela on 1-20-2021. FACT.

But what makes this election so special? If you think about it, we have had little reason to trust any election ever. We have just taken it on faith that our election were accurate, but Suddenly you think at least 6 states were party to a massive fraud scheme?

If this had all come down to a razor thin vote in 1 state, I would get it. Let's recount all the votes in Illinois in 1960, or all the votes in Florida in 2000 (they did recount them, and Gore should have won).

But now you want to recount the entire nation? The beauty of our system is each State is responsible for their own elections. Worry about your own state. If Georgia really had a majority of Republican votes, then maybe the Republican SoS, Republican Governor, Republican lead legislature, or one of many Republican Judges will request a full audit.

But then you won't trust the auditors.
