The dude was saying "I can't breathe" before he was even put to the ground.

I mean, WTF? And while he was on the ground with a knee to the neck that allegedly caused his death, how was he able to lift and move his head and talk? Just on this basis alone how can the prosecution even prove beyond a reasonable doubt?

Thank god for this post. Good questions never before introduced.

WHY AREN"T YOU ON HIS LEGAL DEFENSE TEAM?!
Posted on 4/19/21 at 3:55 pm to Friedbrie
There is ample reasonable doubt; everyone knows that. May not result in an acquittal, but it’s clearly there.

Instead of “don’t try and pass counterfeit money, use hard drugs like cocaine and fentanyl, and then proceed to resist arrest” the argument has become “Black Lives Matter, cops are evil.”
So silly.
So silly.

he had Covid
drugs in system at overdose level
and a heart condition
but a policeman decided to throw away his carreer, his life, and put his family at risk by slowing choking the perp over 8 minutes in front of several witnesses while they all recorded it on video. Because it's perfectly reasonable for a cop to make that choice.
We are told to believe that the first 3 had nothing to do with it, but number 4 is the sole reason.

He definitely couldn't breath. Dude was dying before he got handcuffed and he didn't even in know it yet.

The perfect way to murder someone is to do it like chauvin since it apparently leaves zero physical evidence.

Wrong. That used to be the perfect way. Now it just depends on how they feel

He was SO JACKED UP on multiple stimulants.....he did not know what he was saying!
This man was on a path to death fairly soon, police involved or not.

I heard George Floyd was on d-r-u-g-s!!
Honest!
What's the legal term for " Gee, that's a damn shame " anyways?

We’ll never know if his death was 99% Fentanyl and 1% pressure, or vice versa. Pretty obvious that an exhausted fat guy lying on his gut with his hands cuffed behind him was no danger to himself or anyone, so he required no pressure.

Has anyone inquired from whom did he get the counterfeit money?
