I've told this story before, but disability/SSDI is one of the most polarizing things for me, and probably the hardest one for me to stick to my ideology on. During grad school I interned with the SSA, and part of my job was to help with the medical reviews of SSDI claims. It was pretty much only two types of people. The first type were the ones being rolled in on wheelchairs by their caretakers because they had MS, were quadraplegic, had burns over 90% of their bodies, etc. That shite hit me hard...and I was furious over the fact these people had to be made to come in and go through this stupid damn process.

Then there was the other side. The ones who came in claiming about their backs and shite, and you watch them chase their kids across the parking lot when they were done. Magically no back issues or whatever was ailing them. And they bitch the ENTIRE time they're there for the review and kept threatening that we'd "pay for it" if their checks stopped.

Never have I had a job where it infuriated me so much for two polar opposite reasons.

The second group....waaaaaaayyyyyyyyy to large a group....is the lowest form of scum on the earth. They are taking resources from the first group. There are very few people in this country who begrudge the first group getting some help. The number of people who are making some serious bank on the second group is the problem. The doctors, lawyers, judges...all of those frickers should be horse whipped. Anyone who games the system or aids others in doing so should be tossed in jail and non violent drug offenders set free......

Yes. The organizer had worked for Occupy Wall Street. They were seen getting off the same bus as the ANTIFA people. Soros backed groups have marched with the same Tiki Torches in Europe. The police were ordered to stand down and allow both sides to clash unimpeded. It had all of the makings of a paid protest.

As for pizza gate, the guy who shot up the place was a freaking actor by trade with a goddamn IMDB page for goodness sakes!

Well there you go....he probably back filled the basement first....right? I’ll wait for Alex Jones to tell you how to respond.....

Life is simply too easy for Americans today. We live in the best nation man has ever known in the easiest time to live ve in the history of the species....and everyone to a person is unsatisfied....many even speak wistfully of civil war and race wars and all sorts of crazy shite. It’s no wonder our kids think they have problems and are victims of something. This is unique in the history of mankind as far as I know. I know that the ease of life is unique. If we don’t get our shite together and realize how truly fortunate we are we are going to frick around and do something insane and find ourselves truly put upon.

I agree. Well stated.

claiming disability is not the same as being disabled)

You should visit a VA hospital or clinic.

Many certainly try to fake things, but not all succeed. Per the guidelines for my profession, I assess response validity for all I examine.

None of that is proof. None of your claims should be presented as factual.

It isn't because it's negative it's because it's untrue entirely. But I guess that's par for the course of conservatives to always holler about fake news. They're the ones that really read fake news the most.

These are two separate issues. Yes, there are disabilities such as the ones you show in your post. There are also reports from the schools in the article posted by the OP who SEE THEMSELVES AS DISABLED.

I have no idea as to the motivations of the OP. Some kids are too emotional and socially awkward. Conservative or liberal is not the issue from my perspective.

I didnt see ANY reports in the OP. Just unsubstantiated nonsense meant to upset conservatives at libs.
