Notwithstanding Florida and Georgia, there is massive destruction of basic infrastructure in Carolinas and Tennessee.

Roads, bridges, interstates, dams GONE. Businesses/hospitals/utilities GONE. Entire communities either wiped away, or hanging on by a thread.

Yet, because of the hundreds of billions pissed away in Ukraine and coddling illegals (or "TRS"), there is almost NOTHING available from the feds for this.

Trump needs to deftly, but forcefully, hammer this issue.

So they're coming from the same budgets?

This is silly.

I will bet you $100 (pick the escrow holder) the feds spend a shite ton of money on these domestic issues. Over $1B.

Too much oversight to skim money in rebuilding infrastructure in the US. It’s much more lucrative to blow a place up overseas and then rebuild it.

The Biden Admin added tens (hundreds?) of billions of dollars of printed debt for infrastructure spending.

Note for smoothbrains: the above comment is not insupport of the referenced printing.

The countless list of incompetence by Harris and Biden is laughable at this point. This should not even be a race.

But a vast majority of middle age white women are emotional and vote like 5 year old children. So it’s gonna be close.

Both my statement and your statement can be true. Are you really an attorney? I’m embarrassed to be affiliated with you.

Sure

Why bring up Ukraine?

Yes, and you just made my point that Ukraine is completely irrelevant to this disaster (and the future spending)

Don't be intentionally stupid.

Yes, each department has a separate budget, but the overall budget allocates among departments.

The 150 billion to Ukraine and billions for illegals could either not have been spent (printed) at all, or allocated to other departments (like, say, FEMA or DOT).

It's such a drop in the bucket it has no impact on the larger spending.

It is completely irrelevant to the future federal spending on this crisis and any other federal spending. It has no impact on anything, and $150B long-term is a nothing burger in terms of the deficit-debt crisis. It's like 1.25 months of SS outlays.

I’m not just talking about Ukraine. I’m talking about every fricking place we’ve blown up overseas in the history of this country.

You use a lot of words to say nothing.

Ok change the scope of your initial post and it still is irrelevant.

When has all this spending deprived the federal government form throwing out trillions domestically for "every fricking disaster" (to use your language)?

They changed the definition of infrastructure.

Sort of like the Inflation Reduction Act

Note that I did not say "trillions". I used an intentional haircut in my comment for just this issue.

That’s fine. It’s still a zero sum game. Every dollar wasted on bullshite is a dollar that could have been used efficiently

You're asking me to cite a source for results related to a prediction on future behavior? Is your name Doc Brown?

Do you understand how bets work? If I'm wrong, he gets my share of the pot as his profit. There is no source, yet.

Your opponents in court must get so frustrated. It’s hard to argue with someone who’s completely illogical. You just use circular logic to jerk yourself off and act like you’re proving a point. It surely is fascinating.
