The Climate change issue

I do believe that our climate is changing, I do believe that we are undergoing some climatic changes. HOWEVER, why haven't people brought up the following?
1. US has the lowest emissions from all industrialized countries with a population of over 300 million people.
2. China the smog is so bad they almost cancelled the Olympics.
The US is a pin prick on pollution compared to china and far east countries. Why haven't politicians called out other countries for their lack of involvement and constantly sold this line of bullshite of the green new deal that will make no difference until these other countries get in line and do their fair share. The paris climate accord was nothing but MONEY.
OTHER COUNTRIES NEED TO STEP UP! You could give all the money in town to the green new deal and it wouldn't change shite until these other countries get on board.
WHEN WILL TRUMP EXPLOIT THAT

Here's how international agreements work with countries like China:
1. China signs agreement.
2. Countries tell China they're not following the agreement like they promised.
3. China tells them to go frick themselves.
