Once the full effects of double digit inflation fully kicks in unemployment will surge, loan delinquencies will follow and the institutional investors will be ready to swoop in once again to buy assets at 30-40-50% discounts. BlackRock, BlackStone and the like are ready to spend all that cash they have accrued over the past 10 years.....primarily due to fed monetary policies .....ZIRP anyone?
Insidious!

Good. Maybe it will push them to learn self-sufficiency.

There will only be US and THEM with no middle when it is all said and done...
Cannot have common folks owning anything, being self reliant and free to move about and expect to control them...

Yeah higher unemployment will definitely help with that...

This is a pretty dark and unlikely prediction. If institutional investors want to buy at a 30% discount, they can already buy the Nasdaq. Good luck predicting real estate will fall 50%. Not enough houses as it is and getting worse.

Didn't the Democrats/Left try to libsplain that as not being tied down to one place by a job? Or that you are now free to explore new hobbies?
Libs are bottom dwellers insistent on everyone else slithering along in the muck with them.

Jimmy Carter 2.0
The dumbass spends money, the Fed raises interest rates to combat inflation, the stock market falls, businesses retract and what the Dims forget is that servicing the debt becomes even more expensive as interest rates rise.
Joe Biden- public enemy no.1

If the elites can permanently eliminate millions of people, it will help climate change. They will use inflation, shortages and violence to do that. Eventually, they will cut out the middle man and just exterminate the undesirables (deplorable and MAGA Republicans).

Crashing the economy is a first step in controlling the population.....look at history, it happened everywhere.

Here you go.
During the Obamacare economic decline
quote:
Democrats sought to turn the latest controversy over Obamacare and the economy into a positive political message on Sunday by casting an expected decline in American work hours as a boon to worker freedom and family values. In a new partisan tussle over election messaging that is likely to color this year's congressional mid-term campaign, Democratic lawmakers said a predicted drop in work hours brought about by Obamacare would mean more family time for mothers, more study opportunities for college students and less job stress for older workers. "The single mom, who's raising three kids (and) has to keep a job because of healthcare, can now spend some time raising those kids. That's a family value," Democratic Senator Charles Schumer said on NBC's Sunday program, "Meet the Press." He was responding to a fiscal report from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) on Tuesday that said President Barack Obama's healthcare law would bring about a drop in work hours equal to the loss of 2.5 million full-time workers over the next decade.
