About the only people fighting against open borders is most of the GOP base, President Trump, and a handful of elected GOP officials.

No matter the letter next to their name, most of the people in DC are career criminals and don't give a shite about the American people beyond getting rich off of them.

I think we learned this during the Bush administration. Nothing has changed, except the virtue signaling from the left has gone way overboard.

It all makes sense when you look at it as establishment vs non-establishment, rather than democrat vs republican. This is just further proof that the D's and R's are one in the same.

Which is self defeating. Illegals will vote left and advocate more open borders.
It would eventually be the end of the GOP. Makes no sense.
Unless you consider perhaps there’s something in it for them in the short term and they DGAF about the GOP viability long term.
