The big tech companies all need to lose their antitrust cases.

Apple, Google, & Facebook all have active anti-trust cases against them. I expect the DOJ to back out of the cases once big tech's butt boy Biden takes office, but hopefully the republican AGs stay united and continue the cases because the tech companies need to be broken up.

Biden admin has former high level employees from each company all over the place. If you think that will happen with this administration you are high

This board is melting so hard they're advocating for more government intervention in private enterprise. Never change poliboard.

Publisher vs platform can and should solve the social media problem.

Hopefully the free market can solve the google/Apple problem.

Antitrust laws are already in place.
Enforcing them isn’t “more government.”

All the legal folks I trust on this board have repeatedly debunked this being a thing.

Yes let's hope the thing that created these monstrous sized companies fixes them too.......

Multiple states are suing google and FB, and Apple's suit is brought by a former competitor so the Biden admin dropping out will not end the suits. Amazon is facing big time lawsuits in the EU and will likely face an antitrust suit in the near future. Especially if the states win their case against google. Hopefully some republican AG(s) decide to add Twatter to the list as well.

How does hoping that monopolies lose their lawsuits that have already been filled using laws that were written over 100 years ago = hoping for MORE government?

The combined action of several companies to completely remove another falls squarely into anti trust activities.

America as we know it is over unless something changes the course of the ship in the very immediate future.

Blame yourself for this.
