If the plaintiff attorneys posted the videos just to try to embarrass Alex Jones (and there probably isn't another reason) then it could be a problem for them in some manner.

yeah it doesn't make sense from a litigation perspective. it seems like they're trolling for media attention or to embarrass Jones

i imagine in a week these videos will not be up on the firm's youtube page (which apparently was only created to post them)

may look at some of this out of curiosity, but I recall the reporting of his child custody hearings some months ago where Alex Jones testified that his on screen persona is a character that he portrays, that he isn't the wild man you see on the internet. That made sense to me. You can't be unhinged all the time and put together as successful a broadcasting platform as he has.

That is fake news.

So, let's see. Alex Jones used his media outlets to say outright that their kids were not killed at Sandy Hook, prompting death threats and harassment against families that had lost children. And those parents, wishing to see justice done and Jones' lies be met with consequences, are the bad guys in this scenario to you?

Dude may arguably be the biggest shitbag in the world for this, but all I do when I see this sort of narrative is question the whole notion of "death threats" here. I mean, it doesn't really make any sense AT ALL.

Alex Jones is a freak. I appreciate the help he had in getting people to watch how MSM was unfair but he went so far off the deep end he's either now a professional troll or certifiably insane. Info Wars had talent... Alex Jones was the least talented on his own staff.

So, let's see. Say you're unhinged enough to believe that no children died at Sandy Hook, but that everyone involved, particularly parents, were lying about the deaths of children in order to take away guns from everyone and impose a police state. You would HAVE to believe that those people, saying their CHILDREN had been murdered, were some of the most evil people in the world. Why wouldn't those people harass those they considered real monsters? shite, dude, people get death threats over all sorts of stuff. Trust me, I'm a Bama fan. People who believe Jones are stupid and crazy to begin with - what makes you think they wouldn't go right for death threats?

Saying Jones should be civilly liable for death threats against these parents from 3rd parties is akin to saying the Young Turks or any other left-wing podcast should be liable for Steve Scalise's shooting.

Yep,I don't see how any sane person could defend this prick.

Having your elementary school children slaughtered and some bozo makes it into a fantasy circus for the amusement of dumbasses and to make bank should buy him a first class ticket to Hell,no matter his motive.

There's no good excuse for this senseless crap.
