They've voted in a long line of mayors and governors who have ran that shithole. It is, apparently, exactly what the voters want. You can send all the troops you want, legally or illegally, unless the people change their voting habits nothing will change longterm. Any intervention by Federal troops beyond protecting Federal property is nothing more than an expensive bandaid. A temporary show and little more.
