Others...not so much.
I have seen some of stupidity that permeates this country’s populace. In short, some don’t have your discernment. I was simply clarifying my take, while hoping that others would challenge that stat.
Honestly, I believe that the truth (1 - 2% of the population is responsible for 53% of the crime) is more telling.

A lot of the auto thefts and carjackings are done by middle schoolers. This age group is just as capable of violence as older kids.

I think he's talking about the percentage of violent crime committed by blacks, not the percentage of blacks that commit violent crimes. Those are two very different numbers.
For example, 80-90% of ALS patients are white men. That doesn't mean that 80-90% of white men will get ALS.
Don't get me wrong, there are a LOT of problems in the community. I sometimes post the "crabs in a barrel" gif in response to these stories. But, it's reasonable to assume that the violent criminals are only some members of the 6% and not a majority.

Yes, and I'm with you here. The expected share of violent crime should be around 13% for blacks. The fact that it's over 50% is shameful.

What needs to happen....Use only Black Cops and take away all the rules.
My favorite table to sit pre meeting at Monday night Official's football meetings.
All off duty Black St Petersburg Police Officers. Turn them loose in the black neighborhoods ....No Rules.
