once again it is misleading. Texas isnt doing nearly the amount of testing they were doing last month at this time.

How many healthy people are in line testing? How does this threshold even make sense?

Positivity rate is a dumb measure. What the frick?
I mean, positivity rate can be directly affected simply by who you choose to test.
In other words. If you test
1. Only those who show to doc.....HIGH rate
2. Only #1 plus direct contacts of #1...……….lower than #1
3. 1 & 2 Plus possible contacts...……..Basically, everyone in an organization for example. Lower than 1 & 2
4. 1, 2, 3 & everyone else who is remotely willing and available to test. MUCH lower number.
You literally could GUARANTEE bar opening just by choosing #4 or...…...you could guarantee shut down by sticking with 1 & 2
fricking idiocy.
