Could this Russia thing be the beginning of Terror Wars directed at civilian populations?
The US basically broke a tradition of intelligence Agencies sharing information on pending terror threats. Unlike the Russians who tipped us off on the Boston Bombers.
So now the Russians think that we are involved with slaughtering their women and children in their country, you think they might bankroll the same here?

Absolutely. This becomes a tit for tat unless the USA is behind the scenes promising to solve this by sending less military aide. But expecting DC to put the danger to its population over their greed is a really bad bet.

The US was behind this, that's why intelligence wasn't shared. Within a day the US announced who did this, maybe because the hired terrorists were all caught.

The US had no contact with the Russians. None.
They passed no information about the intelligence they had. No information.
They sent a public statement to Americans in country to avoid public spaces.
Traditionally security agencies provided non piblic briefings with details behind such warnings.

The Russian government has stated otherwise. It comes down to who you believe. Remember though, the people you believe says the Russians blasted their own gas pipeline.
