Its impossible to draw a red district in Massachusetts. The GOP vote isn't concentrated enough in a geographically cohesive area.

MA's map is just reality of FPTP districts.

Almost certainly will have 5 safe seats and blue (but less blue than automatic). SB 116 is a good start.

Its basically not possible to completely assure a 6-0 map without doing absurd things with New Orleans.
