Nobody said this. Its just far fetched for the cartels to allow them to operate along side them.

Now, I wouldnt be surprised if ISIS had some undercover guys in the cartels

Cartels would be idiots ruining their main cash cow, the USA.

If anything, I'd think that cartels would be fighting against them.

Yep. I can't think of a single benefit to the cartels aligning themselves with ISIS. But there's a whole lot of negatives. The cartels are businesses. Why would they purposely attract the attention of the US military or want to destroy their customer base. Why would they want a massive increase in border security? As Cartman said, it doesn't make sense.

I doubt that....although I do like the idea of a secure border.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of ISIS fighters inside our borders with legal status.

I think they will try and it's even possible they will use the Mexican border as an entry point. I do not believe they would work with the cartels or that the cartels would need their help or want the negative blowback. These 2 gain nothing by working together.

I've heard no rumors of this happening on the border.

about 10 years ago there was an episode of NCIS that noted the intelligence reports of ISIS (termed Al Qaeda) operating from the golden triangle of drug cartel activity in south america, it was based on real intelligence reports our govt had collected from other state agencies.

The response from our govt, both "D" and "R" has been to leave our southern border wide open, thank god we have DC watching out for us huh.

Isis is operating on American TV near you...so, of course they will suddenly be at the border.

The governments new boogey-man to keep us in what?...terror level orange with fake videos that cut out...and the supposed dead resurface weeks later.

This has zero to do with your OP.

You claimed that the cartels are hiring ISIS mercs as muscle, which is dumb because

1. The cartels don't need ISIS.

2. ISIS coming to the border would severely screw the cartels.

Quit believing the crap that you are told about ISIS. They aren't the bogeymen the news makes them out to be.

Can we pull a Spaceballs and find this NCIS episode, then just fast forward to where they are currently located and bomb it? Or at least see how it ends. Or did everything implied in this episode from 10 years ago already come to fruition?

Maybe they haven't seen that episode yet so we still have time.

no, they've worked with hezbollah for over a decade, who needs some haji come lately?

al-quada has had many years to cross the border, Obomba will start a special importation program for those 'left behind', after all it wouldn't be fair for some not to get here.
