Considering nothing from the investigation has leaked, what makes you think the info "Brennan won't be charged" is a leak from the investigation?

Same as all the massive financial industry crimes from 2008-09.

Depends.
The most important thing to consider is that there have been ZERO leaks from Durham or the half dozen US Attorneys who are working on related scopes under the AG's direction, so we don't know anything and we definitely don't know what we don't know.
To speculate negatively on "Nobody's getting arrested" is just an exercise in misery.

True, none of the big names gets charged with anything. Some low level guy might get charged, but I don’t think it’s likely. This is a big waste of time and money.

I’ve now moved away from expecting serious indictments and convictions. Klinesmith may get it for forging legal documents but I’d be shocked to see the top dogs get caught.
I think they slip through on that “lack of criminal intent” basis that was provided to Hillary.
If you’re looking for truth and justice in Washington DC then you’re in the wrong spot.
Lawyers and politicians don’t find themselves on the wrong side of the law like a normal citizen might. If they’re “good” at what they do then they learn to slither in and out of both sides of the law, thus the “lack of criminal intent.”

We are witnessing a Cold War between the left and right wing of our wholly corrupt national security apparatus. It went Hot when the left wing of our nation’s foreign and domestic intelligence apparatus concocted the phony Russian investigation to overturn the election of a duly elected President.
If Brennan is charged, it may go Hot again. I’d be extremely suprised if that happens.
