Not entirely sure of the age it begins, but I think Swalwell will walk away with a nice pension.
I could be wrong, but I think if you serve two two-year terms as a Congressman, then your pension is vested.

Been talks of that on the twitter. I believe he is eligible, but it can be taken away. Not sure if they'll try
