My interpretation of the 2A is the founders wanted we the people to be equally equipped as the government. Not whatever version the government thinks we should be allowed to own.

So much of this will turn on what they do with Chevron. I absolutely cannot stand the liberal argument that we have to leave unelected agencies in charge of everything because they are "experts" and judges are not. Never do they mention the body actually responsible for making such decisions, Congress.
