I agree with you but there are definitely many ways around this. Head Shot, last names, ect….
My guess is the only way it could be enforced if there is a whistle blower and the person who lost out Sues

Really makes this country seem inhospitable southeast and south Asians. Come here, work hard as frick, be maniacal about getting the brass ring, but it will be held against you.
