Were there not people in said march that held signs calling for violence? Seems like I recall that being posted here, along with a certain candidate for Mayor that also had some suggestive items on her shirt or a sign.

Same with J6

Just because the lawsuits go forward doesn't mean they will be ultimately be fruitful, although I give the cop in BR a better shot than Trump in DC.

You’re misunderstanding me. Deray here thought one of the monkeys from the new planet of the apes looked like him and his blue vest. It was hilarious.

what injuries?

The made up ones that BoozieBitchAzz and his leftist TDS sky screamers fantasized happened by the hands of Trump supporters on Jan. 6th.

In a since-deleted tweet, Mckesson stated, "Given the history of rendering black people as apes, I'm offended and appalled by the lack of consciousness in Hollywood."

He thought so

Civil rights groups and free speech advocates have warned that the suit threatens the right to protest.

Now do persecution of those at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

I don’t know if she’s getting outside help but so far she’s been to the Fifth Circuit, I believe an en banc panel of the Fifth Circuit, SCOTUS, back to the Fifth to certify a question to LASC, back to the Fifth and just had SCOTUS deny cert.

And that’s all on the motion to dismiss. Haven’t even gotten to summary judgment

The USSC didn't rule that the case is a winner

They ruled that the case can be brought.

I don't think the case is a winner

Interesting upvote ratio so far. Any thoughts on how this could affect Donald Trump being liable for J6 injuries?

It amazes me how people like you can breathe and talk at the same time!
