This hits at the likely heart of SCOTUS not granting cert in this case. While all fact patterns are messy SCOTUS prefers clean fact patterns, especially for what could be a seminal case. If there is evidence of an untreated eating disorder this probably muddies the waters enough that it would likely be affirmed on that basis and not provide any president for the transgender issue. Keep in mind only about 1 out of 100 cases appealed to SCOTUS are granted cert.

I mean with 30% of Gen Z now “identifying” as LGTBQ it’s just a giant game of boy who cried wolf. Legitimate gender dysphoria is so exceedingly rare and there isn’t a clear cut diagnosis, the biggest indicator is just what the kid says, which could be motivated by any one of a million different reasons.

Should’ve never made embraced this shite as a cultural sensation. Hope we don’t start glorifying schizophrenics next. Then all the kids will be putting “I hear voices in my head” next to their pronouns in their social media bios.
