Just use the 2025 one that gives Pubs 1 extra seat. Let left file with SCOTUS afterwards. Then SCOTUS can dismiss it saying “no standing”.

How can you have a different map for the primary vs the general? That seems like a way to essentially void people’s choices of candidates for those whose districts changed.

Missouri fricked itself over by not following it's own state constitutional processes in the first place. A citizen initiative amendment passed last year to place the proposed ballot to a state wide vote and the Missouri SoS decided to ignore the results.

It is exactly this. This is a problem of the Missouri SOS’s own creation. He was warned using the maps in the primary would be risky. He decided to take the risk and then complained when the court slapped his hand for it. It didn’t need to be confusing. He decided to make it that way.
