Bookmarked for later.

This guy is a big Desantis supporter...labels himself as a conservative...doesn't believe the election was stolen in Georgia...and is a party loyalist above all.

I will remind you of this for a long time.

I'm willing to bet my law license on this one.

I doubt the other pretend lawyers would

KBJ should be impeached if she dissents. No mercy for that idiot.

This is what every single one of us need to show on a daily basis. Get off our asses and get back in their faces, call them out for their stupidity and make them the fools of our society.

It's been a long and slow operation on them. So, the fix needs to be fast and LOUD.

Where in the 14th Amendment's text does it lay out the requirement that he be charged for insurrection? It's enough that he engaged in it, which no honest person denies.

It’s election interference and should be charged to these loons. The election will decide who the people want and everyone knows it will be Trump.

What definition of insurrection will this court use? Isn’t that the key to it all? Or will they simply decide that the states don’t get to make that call if it’s against the federal government?

Even if SCOTUS says they can't do that, how would they enforce their ruling if CO decides they know better?

a few weeks ago the media scuttlebutt was fear that Thomas would not recuse.

then the cases seemed to sit.

being that Alito was ready to go with PA and cut bait.

who is to say that Roberts wasn't threatened, even blackmailed?

I don't think they will rule in Trump's favor.

You understand that Congress enacts laws that are signed by the president that govern our society. The actual words "insurrection" have been defined criminally by Congress pursuant to their constitutional authority

Or is it your interpretation that any state without any federal authority can just define and determine constitutional provisions? If so, explain the Texas border problems
