Giving in to this would be wrong. I know it’s easy for us to say this because we don’t have to live with the potential consequences, but something has to change. This is a clear violation of workplace harassment. It’s not ok for them to pressure people into supporting a cause that is obviously a decision based choice. This isn’t some clear cut cause like feeding starving kids, it’s an abomination. It directly goes against many people’s beliefs.
I know you don’t want to cause trouble where you work but this is out of hand. Save and collect all communication about this and try and get him on recording threatening. He needs to be terminated and the company needs to be sued for everything it has for allowing this.

Not sure what he means by "red flag" list but I am guessing a blacklist or shitlist of people to keep an eye on. He said in 2019 there is no reason whatsoever for someone not to participate. He said its one thing if you have plans on Sunday July 14, but if you aren't participating at work on July 12 that means you are doing so to be defiant and make an anti-LGBT statement.
Your company's HR department better step in on this PDQ! With you planning to pass on both activities, I'd make sure to retain any communications you receive and hold onto notes made about discussions.
