Tampon Tim is the perfect nickname. Those who don't understand the meaning can easily look it up on the internet.
Commie tim is a horrible nickname. Because the left has already fully embraced communism. Would be like calling trump 'maga trump'. Would have no impact because most of us embrace being called magas.
