You forgot the word “illegal.” We all pay taxes…well maybe not you. So you don’t get reparations.

Nothing specific for you personally though? Were you denied a job in favor of immigrants? Land taken to house them? Children unable to read because an immigrant needed an interpreter? I'm curious what the specifics are....

I'm actually not in favor of open borders and would like to see our asylum process changed to be less show up and eventually end up in court.
The part I disagree with is that we are in an emergency and wartime powers are needed by to the executive branch

He wants reparations for the inflation caused in part by Trump signing huge Covid stimulus bills.

They drive the cost of goods up by living on the tax payer dime and not contributing tax wise

As for specifics, how about the massive stacks of cash needed to cover the educational needs of the children? That’s local money, now unavailable for the needs of American children (not that American children matter to you).
How about entitlement programs?
Food stamps etc. = state funding.
Housing = federal funding.
Ditto SSI, Medicaid / care.
Why do you think that I should have to pay for the comforts of invaders?

So did you taxes go up to fund this? How were you affected? Were you not allowed benefits they were? Or just some nebulous well they got stuff and I should get reparations for it?

The one passing Congress no matter what (ONE vote against). Trump should have vetoed them, but they were passing no matter what. He spoke out against it. Then when he got no traction, he said frick it, just up the amount so it may actually have a positive impact. He was denied.
He still should have vetoed it.
