I also say this as someone who obviously phrases things very abrasively. But I don't so it in such a way that is intended to piss off a mass of people. When I do it it is very pointed. Typically pointed back at idiots like yourself.

I do in fact remember the case. I also remember that they were found innocent, no one went to jail, and they got got a multimillion dollar settlement from their accuser who made the whole thing up. What I can't remember is a single one of their names. Millions of dollars richer and forgotten about don't sound particularly ruinous to their lives.

Oh well, we failed miserably in that gambit, so it wasn't any kind of big deal or anything.
