So what are the chances the judiciary is the one institution in all of America immune to, as SPF labeled it, the massive expansion of emotional thinking?
it's a slippery slope - if a decision doesn't go my way, it's the "SCOTUS was emotional and didn't follow the law because they are liberal deep state."
if the decision does go my way, "oh SCOTUS is cool."
this is evident EVERY DAY on this board with the MAGA knuckleheads. Where does it stop?

You think it's different with the retards on the Left? In fact, I'd bet there are far more liberals that emote as you describe than there are on the MAGA train. FFS 50% of Democrats thought the supreme court overturning roe was going to result in the death of thousands.
But we're discussing the judiciary. The judiciary is right there with everybody/everything else on this slippery slope of emoting rather than thinking.

there is a different LSU David that is cool and smart and I am just now realizing that you are not him.

As a gay man, you have a lot to worry about when they suspend habeas corpus and open the camps.

Why emote? Tell me I'm wrong, but you know I'm right. The Left dwarfs the Right in leading with their feelies.
And that ain't good. None of it is - Left or Right.

You think our country had never deported people before January of this year?

I always laugh at that and you tend to see it on both sides. If someone disagrees with a court decision, the judge(s) is "activist" and "not following the Constitution."

Incorrect. The Constitution was made to thwart the emotional swings of the mob.
It wasn’t meant to prevent us from saving our nation from tyrannical marxists either

Show me the proof of the coordianted efforts of the governments of Honduras, Guatamala, El Salvador, and Mexico to show this invasion, please.
Coordination isn’t required for it to be an invasion.

No. It isn’t ridiculous. Illegal aliens aren’t and shouldn’t be entitled to the same due process as American citizens
If the suspension of Habeus Corpus only applies to noncitizens who are here illegally, I'm good with it.
If it applies to citizens, I'm not sure that's a slippery slope we need to jump onto.

I don't talk to people who use the word "retard" like it's a normal word to use.

I hope Trump finds a loophole for you and the country will be better off.

And you worry about emotional MAGA.
As for the word "retard" - it's a word. It's not exotic. And it's a word.

Here's the fruit of the dishonest framing above Again, if you don't think that it's functioning correctly, there's a way to correct that and it's the amendment process
How exactly does an amendment get passed?

Only to people who see this as a team scenario and perceive the ruling to go against their team/in group and/or go for their opponent/out group.
The actors in this story see this as exactly that.

How would you know if someone being detained was indeed here illegally if habeas corpus was suspended?
How would we know if this person was a citizen or not. The government would not be obliged to present formal charges...conceivably. They would not even have to necessarily be obliged to acknowledge that they have you in custody.
Just going for a slide on that slope

Ask for proof of citizenship?

Could you imagine if some Dem shitebag did these things? This board would be in 100% resistance mode.

When you do something 20 million times and it involves people on both ends, there will be mistakes made. Somewhere between perfection and not giving a shite as you deport, deport, deport is a rational place that hopefully DHS operates.
It's unfortunate the Left has put us in this position.
