It’s really easy to surrender your rights when your “team” is in charge and they acting against a population you don’t like. But that isht can be used both ways. “I trust my guy” is how we ended up with the Patriot Act and rogue FISA courts.

No it hasn’t, you are just blindly defending it because you work with the Judiciary. You are no different than the people you claim to educate. I work in the medical field but have never defended every decision made by doctors and nurses. Mistakes are made every single day by people much smarter than the average lawyer/judge.
