That’s fair.
I’m a Christian.
My prayer is that one day everyone will know Christ’s love.
But I’m not someone who believes that pushing my beliefs onto anyone is a prudent course of action.

At one time all mankind believed in, and was intimate with the one creative God. As man migrated, their beliefs were shaped by their leaders and their new found culture
Well that's just objectively false

The major problem with people with your type of anger problem is denial. The first step is admitting you have a problem. Take that first step....it's easier than you may think. There are people here who will catch you if you fall. You can do it...I believe in you!

I’m not angry at you. If you’re being genuine, I honestly feel bad for you.

There are several different operational definitions of free will. I was curious which one is being used to support the argument.
Name them. You can't.

Why are atheists so angry at those who believe in God?
I can't speak for anyone but myself, but I'm not angry at all. To this day the overwhelming majority of my family and friends are religious and most are Christians.
The claim that any atheist who talks about religion is angry and compensating because they theoretically shouldn't care is nonsense. Religion plays a HUGE role in shaping our society. Legislatively, morally, socially, etc. Talking about religion doesn't mean I'm angry at or hate the religious.

That question wasn’t directed toward you, for quite apparent reasons (given your response).
As for the operational definitions of free will, Dan Dennett has done a fairly good job of describing a couple, as has Sam Harris (the colloquial version, anyway). None of the definitions that matter stand the test of reason, though.

So, you believe that religion plays a positive role in those areas?

quote:That's a struggle many people have.
It’s a complicated situation that he put himself in. At the end of the day, my take is he just needs to worry about his faith and his children’s faith and let God do his work through her. Not much else he can do now.
As strange as it may sound, in Heaven we will be praising God for our family members in Hell. That isn't to say we will hate them or want them to suffer, but we will be so transformed (glorified) and made holy like Christ that we will have a perfect understanding of the holiness of God compared to the wretchedness of those who rejected God that we will literally praise God for His justice.
But today is not that day, and we should strive to preach the good news to all we can. We should rejoice with those who our found by the Lord and we should weep and pray for those who curse Him, hoping that God will show them the same mercy and forgiveness that He showed to us, who were once enemies of God as they are.
This is a pretty good watch/listen on the subject by the late R.C. Sproul:
Can We Enjoy Heaven Knowing of Loved Ones in Hell?

You take this stuff waaaaay too seriously. It's almost like you're angry about something.
But you do you.

Agree or disagree that this is likely what Jesus looked like.
Neither myself nor anyone knows what Jesus looked like. However, He doesn't have to look like a middle eastern man because His Father wasn't a middle eastern man.
