Late night shows have comedy segments in the beginning, but that's not why I'm sensing here.
It really is personal insults and jabs.
Anyone else cringe when they watch these?

Do not watch that crap, it just encourages more idiocy...,

No, because I wouldn't watch that little bitch if he came out with a nude supermodel on each arm.

It's too pointed and hateful for my taste. That sort of programming tells you all you need to know about CBS though. I don't watch late night but if I did then I would watch Fallon. At least his jokes are in good nature unlike Colbert and Kimmel.

It's not normal to be that agitated by a politician. So it comes across as extreme anger masquerading as comedy. Colbert seems like he's having an anxiety attack and who wants to watch that shite before bed? I would guess that as time goes on and "President Trump" is not so psychologically jarring to Snowflake Nation, that he begins to really experience the backlash ratings wise.

Is this the daily bitch about Colbert thread?

Have never seen an ounce of talent. I'm just out of touch with stupidity as laughter.

Colbert probably has maybe 5% of his regular viewership that is right leaning. Not a ratings machine

Still not as catty as our man-child of a president.

I think he's funny, but to be fair, my threshold for "cringe" has basically been destroyed by having to watch Trump pretend like he knows what the frick he's talking about during his speeches.

The thing some people may have missed is that Colbert's show is taped. That means CBS made a deliberate decision to air what he said. He'll, the CBS brass probably ordered him to do it.
Forget Colbert, though. I went home to visit my parents recently, and they still do the "evening news" thing. In his own way, Scott Pelley is even worse than Colbert. I saw recently where some researcher had found that Scott Pelley was more anti-Trump than any other "journalist." Based on the few times I've watched him, I wouldn't doubt that a bit.
But, all the networks hate Trump. The only reason CNN stands out is because they get to bash Trump 24/7.

Trumpkins are now mystified by locker room talk. They somehow are offended by blue language Sad!

I get people making fun of the president.
I get people keeping the President in check.
What I don't get is the clear hate and disdain for the man. They really really hate him. A lot.

Frankly, I think they hate all of us. Cal-Berkeley isn't an anomaly. The Left is truly despicable.

They hate those that are anti-establishment

Yeah, somebody should really kick that guy's arse pretty bad.
And you can take that mud shark Chelsea Handler and bury her skank arse in a vat of watered down human waste. FTB!
