"Some" of the report's conclusions is not necessarily disagreement about whether it was politically motivated and even if it was politically motivated, what is anybody going to do about it? Where is the crime?

Not just "some" of the conclusions but "some of the report's conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened." Horowitz' report says that the predication was not politically biased so how is that a nothing burger?
